To ensure your RAAIE orders arrive in time for the Holidays, please place your order by:
- New Zealand - Order by 18th December
- Australia - Order by 16th December
- United States - Order by 12th December
- United Kingdom - Order by 18th December
- Europe - Order by 15th December
- Rest of World - Order by 12th December
Duties And Taxes
— New Zealand and Australian orders will not attract import or customs duties.
— For all other countries, import or customs duties (including GST and VAT) may be charged once the order reaches the destination country and must be paid by the person placing the order.
We will not refund your order if you do not want to pay the import or customs duty. Customs duties and policies vary per country, please see here what the thresholds are for your country. This may also impact delivery times.

Orders are dispatched from our NZ warehouse. For orders placed before 11am, Monday to Friday, we aim for next working day delivery. For orders placed after 11am, Monday to Friday, delivery is expected within 2 working days.
